STATIC EXERCISE
Lean on the poles bending your knees and rolling your ankles, edging your skis, and having the legs relaxed. Your hip should not move, it should stay centered.
Inclination gives you the freedom to move your lower body.
The ski doesn't move, what moves is your lower body, your feet don't move!
