When placing the implant we raise a full thickness flap after a palatal incision is done.

 

Root planing & EDTA gel for 2 minutes.

 

We place the implant, a high healing cap is used, and the flap is close by primary intension, submerging all the ensemble.

 

After a couple of months the implant is exposed with a guided punch.
