EVALUATE:

DONOR SITE

2-3 mm deep, sharp dissection, split thickness

 

 

 

 

 

CLOSE DONOR SITE

RECIPIENT SITE

The entire flap is raised in split thickness dissection, leaving periosteum above the bone.

Go a tooth forward to the mental foramen.

4 anchor sutures:

 

Coronally 4 interrupted sutures to all the proximals:

one mesial,

one distal, anchoring the extremities of the graft,

and then 2 more interrupted sutures to the remaining interproximal papillae.

 

 

 

Criss cross sling sutures coming from the periosteum beyond the graft (in and out 2 times), anchored around the corresponding teeth.
