4 SUTURES:
2 horizontal mattress sutures (one mesial and the other distal)
2 periosteal apical anchorage sutures All Each of these 4 sutures only perforate the graft once.
Horizontal mattress suture
Perforate the graft on the buccal and 2mm below its margin.
Perforate the entire palatal anatomical papilla (the needle passes below the papilla). Perforate it again (horizontal mattress) to get back to the graft, (perforate the entire papilla with the needle passing below it).
Perforate the graft from the inside at the same point of the previous entrance.
Close the knot on the graft.
Suture vertical releasing incisions.
Single sling suture it perforates each of the surgical papillae only once
