To deal with the mucogingival line coronal displacement following CAF & GBR procedures you can do an Apical Repositioning Flap or a FGG.

A CT Graft is made of collagen, so it may cover a GBR procedure as a membrane does.

When performing root coverage it's important to CAF at least 1mm more coronal to the CEJ
