There is no cure (no specific medication available yet for the virus) and also no vaccine, meaning that all we can do is fight signs and symtpoms.

 

As with several viral infection novel coronavirus cases vary from mild to severe.

 

For the majority of the mild cases, the symptoms will disappear on their own without medical intervention.

 

Supportive care is usually required for moderate or severe cases.

It may also be required for people with pre-existing medical conditions (cardiovascular diseases, kidney and liver diseases, chronic respiratory problems, diabetes, and other debilitating conditions).
