    Initial Situation

    Patient comes in with multiple  Recessions Type 1 according to the Cairo Recession Classification or a Class 1 according to the Miller Recession Classification.

     

    Key aspects are the presence of complete papillaes, mesial and distal, of the recession-involved teeth, with a thin biotype and a very small amount of Keratinized Gingiva apical the to the free gingival margin of the recession in the lower left canine.
